Senior Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team in Plymouth, supporting the delivery of critical assets for our clients. This is a 12-month contract, working closely with the project team to ensure the successful implementation of the Dockside Rigs and Dock Bottom Village.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the engineering capability of new systems through design phases, procurement, manufacture, commissioning, and handover into operations.
  • Ensure design documentation covers the scope of operations required by the Project Manager and is produced to agreed standards, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage processes and activities, maintaining appropriate records and applying configuration and quality controls.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Engineer with a degree in an appropriate engineering discipline.
  • Experience in a similar position, demonstrating relevant knowledge and sound understanding of engineering practice.
  • Project specification, planning, project management, and budgeting experience to support design, construction, manufacture, acceptance, installation, operation, and repair.
  • Substantiation of process equipment for justification of Nuclear Safety Functions.
Security Clearance:

Due to the security nature of this role, we can only consider sole British nationals eligible for SC security clearance. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and requires proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
