**Job Description**

The Clinical Lead will support the Registered Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to all residents. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, leading together on safeguarding, quality, and governance to improve and develop all aspects of care.

As a Senior Nurse, you will provide visible clinical leadership and influence the development of services to ensure continuous improvements in quality of care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and line-managing staff across all areas
  • Named lead for quality and governance
  • Ensuring safe and clinically effective care
  • Promoting a culture of openness and responsiveness
  • Delivering safe, clinically effective, and compassionate care
  • Leading the governance agenda
**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current NMC Pin number
  • A Legal Right to work in the UK
