This exceptional opportunity is perfect for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in nursing home management, looking to lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality care to residents.

As the Care-at-Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to residents. You will manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet the needs of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include creating and implementing a vision for the home, promoting a culture of excellence, and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing a nursing home, with a proven track record of achieving CQC standards. They will possess excellent communication skills, maintaining effective relationships with residents, their families, professional contacts, and multi-disciplinary teams. A good working knowledge of marketing and business skills within the private care sector would be beneficial, as well as enthusiasm and passion for developing high-level person-centred care.

This permanent full-time position comes with an estimated salary of £55,000 per annum. The benefits package includes a contributory pension scheme, enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays, paid breaks, comprehensive induction and training programme, opportunities for career development and progression, wellbeing support, refer-a-friend scheme, uniform provided, Blue Light Scheme, full DBS disclosure paid for, and annual NMC PIN renewal paid.
