Nursing Home Director

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to oversee our nursing home in Ipswich, providing high-quality care and support to residents. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving Outstanding ratings.
About the RoleThis senior position involves management and direction of the home's staff team, fostering a culture of kindness and empathy. We require someone with strong knowledge of CQC standards and excellent communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting person-centred care.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a skilled team of care professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
- Manage risks to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Competitive Salary: £55,000 - £57,000 per annum
- Excellent performance-related bonus
