About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Big Yellow Self Storage Company. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales: Promote our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our storage facilities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £24,140 per annum (OTE £26,554)
  • Quarterly Bonuses: Average 10-12% of salary per year
  • Holidays: 28 days per year, including bank holidays
