Job Summary:
Leader Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Childcare Support Professional to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people in residential childcare settings. As a key member of the team, you will lead and supervise junior staff members to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for young people.
  • Lead and supervise junior staff members to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
  • Assist management team in adhering to policies, procedures, and record-keeping protocols.
  • Cover various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and sleep-ins.
  • Liaise with senior management, local authorities, schools, and healthcare professionals to advocate for young people's welfare.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture and challenge discrimination.

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in children's residential care settings or similar environments.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
