Role Overview

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at NEOM Wellbeing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and company objectives, while providing an exceptional customer experience that inspires wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the team and store management with daily tasks and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the store, as well as managing cash handling and banking procedures.
  • Support with stock management, including unloading deliveries and sending stock to the store.
  • Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times in store.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, with a proven ability to work well in a team environment and thrive under pressure. You must be available to work weekdays and weekends, with the ability to adapt to change in a positive and professional manner.
