**Job Description:** Planned Maintenance Lead
We are looking for an experienced Planned Maintenance Lead to join our team in the Kingston area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing planned maintenance projects, leading a team of sub-contractors and direct operatives, and ensuring the delivery of works to specification.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage planned maintenance projects from start to finish
- Lead a team of sub-contractors and direct operatives to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health and safety and quality standards are met
This is a permanent position that offers good progression opportunities.
**Estimated Salary:** £53,500 - £58,500 per annum based on location and industry standards.
