About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Sodexo.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient accountancy administration to support the site, from Payroll and month-end functions to invoicing and billing. You will work closely with the management team to ensure all bookkeeping support is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments, maintain records, and prepare reports.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Provide support to the management team with financial planning and budgeting.
  • Liaise with external partners and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or 3 AAT or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in finance administration or bookkeeping.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of accounting software.

Package Details:

  • This part-time role is available for 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am till 2:00pm.
  • The hourly rate is £11.84.
  • Free car parking on site.
