About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at Sodexo. As an Accounts Admin, you will provide efficient accountancy administration to support the site, from Payroll and month-end functions to invoicing and billing.

We are looking for someone with strong bookkeeping skills to ensure behind the scenes of facilities run like clockwork and support managers effectively.

  • You will support your management team closely, ensuring all bookkeeping support is provided.
  • Prepare, organise and store information in paper and/or digital form.
  • Review and reconcile accounts, process payments to external partners, and maintain updated records of invoices and receipts.
  • Raise purchase orders, process supplier invoices and credit notes, and run various reports and analysis if requested.

You should have a Level 2 or 3 AAT qualification and previous experience in a similar role as Finance admin, Bookkeeper or within another role.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.84 per hour, with opportunities for progression into higher financial roles.
