About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Writer to join our 32-strong creative department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating compelling, impactful messaging and campaigns that captivate audiences and drive engagement and response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with strategists, creative teams, and designers to develop and implement campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Write high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including thought leadership, eBooks, web content, videos, blogs, brochures, infographics, social campaigns, emails, and sales enablement materials.
  • Adapt your writing style to suit different business needs while maintaining a consistent tone of voice.
  • Take ownership of projects across their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with agency and client partners, providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
  • Work collaboratively with other agency disciplines to deliver integrated campaigns that meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and writing.
  • Contribute to the development of agency writing standards, using your expertise to drive excellence in content creation.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow professionally.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and writing, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates versatility and excellent writing skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and business admin software such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to work with AI writing tools, such as Claude, GPT3, and Jasper, to generate ideas, edit, and draft content.
  • Excellent time management and record-keeping skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
