The Fix Creative Ltd is seeking a skilled Content Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on creating engaging social content for a range of Automotive clients.

We are looking for a talented individual with a deep understanding of content creation, from blog posts to social media engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in community management and content production, with a keen insight into understanding audience motivations and aspirations.

About the Role:

As a key member of the Content team, you will play a crucial role in shaping how companies interact with their online communities. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be instrumental in achieving this goal.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive content plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Researching, writing, and editing content for various platforms including social media, web, email, and blogs.
  • Scheduling and deploying content across multiple channels.
  • Engaging with online communities and managing interactions.
  • Collaborating with the wider team on ad hoc marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in an agency environment.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and design processes.
  • Ability to leverage social media effectively to achieve business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • High levels of numeracy and literacy.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress, Sprout Social, BuzzSumo, Moz, HubSpot, etc., is desirable.
