About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our UK Central Team, driving our organic social media strategy and acquiring, engaging, and retaining professional women across multiple platforms.

This role involves managing cross-platform strategies, collaborating on compelling content creation, and ensuring our social media channels maintain a clear, purpose-driven tone and output.

  • Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies aligned with product messaging and brand goals
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Lead and Content team to create and deliver AllBright's organic social media strategy
  • Plan, create, and execute campaigns across social platforms, developing relevant brand narratives tailored to AllBright's target audiences
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Influencer identification and collaboration
  • Competitor analysis and reporting
  • Direct report management and development
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Social Media Manager or equivalent
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and tools, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook
  • Experience in developing platform-specific content strategies aligned with product messaging and brand goals
  • B2B and B2C experience, with a background in Learning & Development and/or Events being desirable
  • Proficiency in social scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Sprout) and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
