Job Overview
The role of an Interim Disrepair Surveyor at Michael Page (UK) involves conducting thorough property inspections and assessments to identify disrepair issues. Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out comprehensive property condition assessments to pinpoint areas requiring repair or maintenance.
  • Produce detailed reports on property conditions and work carried out, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain open communication with contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Assist in developing and implementing maintenance strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

Requirements:
  • Possession of relevant qualifications in Property Surveying or a related field.
  • Significant experience in property maintenance and repair, coupled with a strong understanding of property regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills, as well as the ability to manage contractors effectively.
  • Aptitude for working collaboratively within a team, particularly when dealing with damp and mould issues.
