Role Summary
This 6-month contract at Michael Page (UK) seeks a skilled Interim Disrepair Surveyor to assess and address property disrepair issues. As a key member of our Property team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring properties meet regulatory standards while contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site visits to identify disrepair issues.
  • Compile detailed reports on property conditions and work completed, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Property team to develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies.

Essential Skills:
  • Relevant degree-level qualification in Property Surveying or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in property maintenance and repair, accompanied by a solid grasp of property regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage contractors.
  • A strong team player with expertise in handling damp and mould-related challenges.
