About the Role
The successful applicant will assist the Group Library Manager in ensuring that the library operates to the highest standards of customer service set by the Library Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Group Library Manager in leading the library team to deliver excellent customer service
- Assist in the development and implementation of library services and programs
- Build and maintain relationships with the wider community and deliver events and activities for library users
- Perform administrative and clerical duties and organize library material and information
About You
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and committed individual who enjoys working with people from all backgrounds in a demanding but exciting customer service role where no two days are the same.
