About the Role
We're looking for a highly driven sales professional who can leverage their expertise to drive growth in key areas, including KS4, independent schools, international schools, and Multi-Academy Trusts. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for building and developing your sales pipeline, taking ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Making targeted calls to key decision-makers within schools and Multi-Academy Trusts
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions
- Effectively managing your sales pipeline and reporting on progress
- Converting sales to hit/exceed targets
What We Offer
- A competitive base salary of £30,000-£35,000
- Uncapped commission and annual bonus (OTE of £10-£15k+)

- Hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)

Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience within the EdTech / Education sector
- Strong understanding of the UK Education sector
- Resilient nature and proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Experience with CRM systems
