About the Role

FitzRoy is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with service users who require complex support needs and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in the daily running of a specialist complex service that supports 11 service users.
  • Act as a role model for excellent practice and be the senior contact for the team in the absence of the Manager.
  • Provide support to the management team and work in partnership with the staff team, internal and external stakeholders, professionals, and the local community to achieve objectives using best practice guidelines and FitzRoy values.
  • Give clear direction and guidance to develop the team to support people to lead full and active lives as members of their community.
