We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Childcare Trainer to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our innovative team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Empower learners by sharing your knowledge of the residential childcare sector throughout their apprenticeship journey.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, providing tailored support and guidance to ensure learner success.
- Develop crucial skills in learners, focusing on Mathematics and English proficiency.
- Nurture a caseload of 40 learners, ensuring they achieve success at their End-Point Assessment (EPA).
- Plan and implement teaching and learning activities with a robust assessment process.
- Regularly review progress, adapting coaching strategies to meet learner needs.
- Provide valuable information, advice, and guidance to support holistic development.
- Efficiently manage E-Portfolios for all learners.
**Requirements:**
- Occupational competence in a residential childcare setting.
- Qualification in Residential Childcare up to Level 5.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training or qualifications to stay at the forefront of the field.
- UK driver's license with access to own vehicle.
