£12.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
Sleep-Ins:
Paid at £67.75 per sleep-in
Annual Leave:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to provide essential support in residential settings across Swansea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily activities in the home and support them in the community.
- Provide care to individuals with a variety of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, sensory impairment, and non-verbal communication.
- Support individuals with challenging behaviours.
- Carry out duties with a focus on promoting independence and well-being.
Requirements:
- Must be a driver.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours is essential.
- Must have experience working with adults with additional needs, including learning disabilities and autism.
- Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
