PwE Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a seasoned O&M Project Delivery Specialist to join their team.

Our client is a leading provider of construction and O&M support to major offshore wind/energy projects throughout the UK and Europe. With new and existing projects, they are recruiting for additional service delivery leads to support the busy offshore maintenance team.

This onshore role will involve coordinating and managing all offshore defect and repair works, including approving work packs, scheduling, and approval of RAMS. The successful candidate will have experience in planning maintenance work, ideally with an electrical background gained in the energy/manufacturing industries.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating and managing offshore defect and repair works
  • Acting as the prime interface with clients, contractors, and colleagues
  • Undertaking technical reviews of defect registers, managing daily progress reports, and resolving issues
  • Running daily offshore meetings and managing manning and maintenance plans for current and future works

The estimated salary for this role is around £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in planning maintenance work
  • Electrical background gained in the energy/manufacturing industries
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and populate documents to a high standard
  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE/O' Level including English and Maths
