Teaching Assistant Leader

Creative Teachers Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant Leader to join our team in Southampton. As a Teaching Assistant Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education to students.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of teaching assistants to provide support in classrooms\
  • Developing and implementing effective lesson plans and resources\
  • Coordinating with teaching staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience\
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
\

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced teaching assistant leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality education, we encourage you to apply.
