About the Role

As a Junior Statistical Developer at White Swan Data, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing and delivering data processing and automation software.

You will work closely with our team to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of mathematical/statistical models and high-performance algorithms for betting solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, experience working with programming languages such as Python or R, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software development: Design, build, test and deliver data processing and automation software.
  • Process improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to their implementation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Programming skills: Adept using analytical programming languages such as; R, Python, C++, etc. with at least 2 years commercial experience.
  • Statistical modelling and data analytics skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to retain information.
  • Education: BSc in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering or other quantitative discipline.
