Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a variety of stimulating activities that promote social interaction and joy among residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to support fundraising initiatives that enhance community involvement.
  • Engage with residents to understand their interests and preferences, ensuring activities are tailored to their needs.
  • Work closely with the care home team to create a cohesive environment that encourages participation and camaraderie.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with experience in supporting vulnerable populations, particularly in creating engaging activity programs. Your positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and effective time management will be crucial in this role. Above all, your commitment to kindness and respect for both residents and colleagues will shine through in your daily interactions.
