Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a minimum of 5 years in the field and hands-on experience with Daikin heat pumps. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation & Maintenance: Perform professional installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, with a focus on Daikin heat pumps.
  • Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues with HVAC systems, particularly Daikin heat pumps, and provide effective solutions.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation and maintenance reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years working as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
  • Specialization: Proven experience with Daikin heat pumps.
  • Certification: Relevant HVAC certification (e.g., NVQ, F-Gas, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
  • Communication: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
