Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Support Assistant to join our team at DMG Education Ltd.
Job Summary:
As an Education Support Assistant, you will work closely with a year 2 pupil on a 1 to 1 basis, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to a year 2 pupil with SEN
* Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and activities
* Help to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEN
* Enhanced DBS registration or willingness to apply
* Engaging teaching style and ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
