The Role
We're seeking a passionate and energetic Educator to join our team at Thirlmere OSHClub. As an Educator, you'll work across our After School Care shifts, Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM. You'll have the opportunity to pick up extra hours during school holidays too.
About the Job
As an Educator, you'll join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being. You'll bring a sense of adventure, empathy, and energy, as well as a meaningful teamwork approach each day. Your responsibilities will include supervising children through participation in games & activities, joining our school holiday program with exciting excursions, and teamwork and collaboration to create diverse activities.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with kids, has strong and clear communication, is a team player with a desire to become a service leader, and holds or is willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children. You'll also need Australian work rights.
