Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to join our team as Functional Specialists. In this role, you will provide unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalised, inclusive, safe and empathetic service for claimants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls and paper-based evaluations
  • Manage caseloads from end-to-end, including assessment planning and reporting

Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum
  • 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality & retention bonus
  • OTE: £45,650 per annum
  • Hybrid full-time and part-time working hours available
  • Training options: 12 weeks' (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week)
  • 25 days holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with service
