About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our small, enthusiastic, and cohesive team at the University of Southampton. As a Programme Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for the management of the South Central INSIGHT Programme (SCIP), a Department of Health and Social Care funded programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the programme by working closely with SCIP co-leads and the team.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including diary management, meeting organisation, and travel arrangements.
  • Be proactive and highly computer literate, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Work well as part of a team, committed to adding maximum value to the training and development of health and care professionals.
Requirements
  • Experience of providing administrative support to senior staff in an academic or research environment.
