Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Forefaulds Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, personalized care to residents, in line with their individual care plans
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying physical, psychological, and social needs
  • Develop and implement care plans, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, ensuring seamless care delivery
  • Participate in clinical training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care home environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, prioritizing resident needs and adapting to changing situations
  • Kind and compassionate approach, with a genuine interest in older people's needs and well-being
