About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a special school in Hounslow. This rewarding position offers a great opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting students with special needs.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with students who require additional support due to special educational needs, providing individualized support to enhance their academic and emotional development. You will also collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within an SEN or SEMH environment.
  • A strong understanding of how to support children with special needs in a positive, inclusive manner.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
