Packing Operatives (Nights)

We're seeking skilled Packing Operatives to join our Castleford team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll be responsible for packing and preparing products for distribution, working closely with our Machine Operators to achieve departmental targets.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in Food Manufacturing or wider manufacturing (ideal but not essential)
  • Awareness/Knowledge of Health & Safety/Food Hygiene standards (ideal but not essential)
  • Good level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and use initiative to work independently
