Solution Deployment Team Lead - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure best practices are set and adhered to in the deployment of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technical experts responsible for the deployment of ERP and CRM systems across global sites.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans to influence project timescales and meet stakeholder specifications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present analysis results and project solutions to key stakeholders, including senior leaders and internal customers.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical records and reports to demonstrate compliance with specifications and relevant standards.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Project Status Reporting: Communicate project status to key stakeholders on a frequent basis.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, review, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve internal processes and procedures to ensure efficient deployment of ERP and CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PLM systems.
  • Education: Higher level education or relevant experience in an engineering or science discipline.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to global sites as required.
