  • Business Development: Collaborate with the team on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and conduct due diligence for new investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with our company's ESG values.
  • Research and Analysis: Perform detailed portfolio research and quantitative analysis using Excel, Bloomberg, and ESG data providers, providing actionable insights for our clients.
  • Project Management: Help manage the project queue, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with account managers to maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality results.
  • Client Servicing and Marketing: Serve as a resource for client servicing and marketing teams, addressing asset allocation and ESG-related inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Content Development: Assist in creating ESG-related content, such as sustainability reports and market analyses, to educate and engage our clients and stakeholders.
  • Ad-Hoc Research: Conduct research on market developments and competitors, such as trends in the green bond market, to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
  • Product Development: Support the development of new ESG-related investment products and funds, aligning with our company's mission to promote sustainable investing.What We're Looking For:
  • Education: Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn new tools and software, with basic understanding of Bloomberg and ESG data providers a plus.
