About the Role:

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their eye care needs and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist optometrists and ophthalmologists with patient consultations and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including managing patient records and scheduling appointments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a healthcare or optical setting is preferred.

Compensation:

  • The estimated annual salary for this role is £26,000, with uncapped bonus schemes offering up to £4,800 per month.
