About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient services, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication. As a key member of our reception team, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities
This role involves a range of administrative duties, including but not limited to:
  • Receiving and processing patient data accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records on various systems, including Cerner and GUM EPR.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues professionally.
  • Liaising with medical staff, administration teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Managing difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Booking appointments, arranging additional services, and maintaining accurate demographic details.
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for working flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clinics.
