About the Role

Preston College is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our Construction and the Built Environment department as a Lecturer in Plumbing and Gas.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to our learners, imparting your extensive knowledge and expertise in plumbing and gas installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver both practical and theoretical sessions to support learners in achieving their qualifications.
  • Adapt and differentiate teaching to ensure all learners succeed and positively progress.
  • Evidence skills and technical knowledge of a relevant occupational area and be qualified to at least Level 3.
  • Experience of teaching or training in a further education setting is advantageous.
