As a Children's Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheotomy and ventilation care.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheotomy and ventilation care

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team

• Work closely with families and carers to ensure seamless care delivery

• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
