About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Self-Employed Manager to join our team at The Swan, a traditional community pub in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. As a Self-Employed Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the pub, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local community groups.
- Manage the pub's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, employment law, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
