Join Our Team as a Pub Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pub Manager to lead our team at The Swan, a traditional community pub in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. As a Pub Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the business, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and control costs, including stock, labor, and overheads, to ensure profitability.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to build a strong and effective team, and to develop and implement business plans to drive growth and success.
About the Pub

The Swan is a traditional community pub with a large extension and a stunning beer garden, serving a wide range of drinks and delicious food. We attract a mix of locals, visitors, and families, and offer a range of activities, including live sports, events, and entertainment.
