The ideal candidate will have an understanding of B2B marketing, preferably within the Fleet/automotive sector, and possess strong organisational skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a key automotive client, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and industry trends.
- Work with an Account Executive providing guidance & support where necessary.
- Oversee the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and events, to drive engagement, leads, and sales.
- Work closely with the various internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for client growth and innovation.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 4 years' + experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing accounts and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Some experience of managing budgets and project management generally
