We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration Systems Specialist to join our Industrial Refrigeration team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintenance solutions to our clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and maintenance services for industrial refrigeration and chiller systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to defined processes and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular system PPM (Predictive Maintenance) as per contract requirements, communicating findings and recommendations for system improvement, upgrades, or optimizations to the Service Coordinator and clients.
- Prepare detailed reports and technical communications on work carried out, submitting them to the Service Coordinator and clients as required.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and contribute to the success of the team.
- F-GAS 2079 card and ammonia handling certification.
- Served a refrigeration apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- Recognized refrigeration qualification, such as C&G.
- Experience working with HFC, Ammonia, and Co2 systems.
- Experience with major manufacturers, including SABROE, Frick, York, Bitzer, and Howden.
- Experience with DX, pumped, flooded, and multistage systems.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to understand and analyze technical documents, such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, and psychometric diagrams.
- Capable of working without documented procedures and with limited supervision.
- A committed, can-do attitude with the ability to integrate and work as a member of a team.
