Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement and maintain effective temperature monitoring systems in accordance with ACOP L8 guidelines.
  2. Conduct regular de-scaling of showerheads to ensure optimal water quality.
  3. Perform comprehensive inspections of cold water storage tanks to identify potential issues.
  4. Clean and disinfect water systems to prevent contamination.
  5. Administer mains disinfections to ensure water safety.
  6. Servicing of thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) to maintain water temperature consistency.
  7. Collect and analyze water samples to detect any potential contaminants.
  8. Conduct closed-loop analysis to optimize water treatment processes.
  9. Administer chemical dosing systems to maintain water quality.
  10. Inspect and maintain hot water storage vessels and calorifiers to ensure safe operation.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a valid UK driving license and be willing to undergo a DBS disclosure check.

We offer a competitive salary range of £26,000 to £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
