As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Theatre Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our theatres, ensuring that all procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of theatre staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Clinical Support: Provide clinical support to our theatre staff, including deputising for the theatre manager as needed.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all theatre procedures are carried out in accordance with Spire Healthcare's quality and safety standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered nurse or ODP with a valid PIN and no restrictions on practice.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in a theatre setting, with previous leadership experience in a Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader capacity.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
