Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of key analytical deliverables, including business cases, technical requirements specifications, change management, and testing alignment. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with leaders and team members across various workstreams to ensure seamless collaboration and outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to junior analysts on the programme, ensuring effective work allocation, quality assurance, and timely escalations.
  • Support the development of comprehensive business cases and associated operating models for projects or programmes.
  • Collaborate with Project/Programme Managers to define benefits definitions and realisation management strategies.
  • Produce high-quality requirements documents, conduct interviews, create analysis reports, lead workshops, and define business processes.
  • Facilitate proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to gather information needs, functional requirements, existing capabilities, and feasibility.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and independence, working effectively with users to define concepts and under the direction of the project/programme manager.
  • Drive and challenge project team members to execute their plans successfully.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to interpret customer business needs and translate them into actionable operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams and subject matter experts to establish technical visions and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
  • Evaluate technology build against specifications and drive testing of system elements within the operating model.
  • Compile key external-facing documents, such as Service Level Agreements, and work with external managers to manage and review third-party analysis deliverables.
  • Work with product business teams to lead operational readiness efforts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as a highly experienced Business Analyst with a focus on sustainability.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly with MS Excel and Visio.
  • Strong risk management skills to support project managers in identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ability to align business solution outcomes with corporate strategy requirements.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of attractive benefits, including flexible working arrangements, workplace accommodations, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
