Marketing Communications Specialist

A unique chance to leverage your marketing expertise in the charity sector has emerged in Leatherhead, Surrey. As a Marketing Officer, you will collaborate with an established marcomms team to deliver innovative marketing and communication campaigns, driving fundraising and awareness for a reputable charity.
This full-time, permanent role is based in Leatherhead, with a strong emphasis on in-office collaboration to foster a supportive working culture. You will play a key role in promoting fundraising campaigns to the horticultural industry, targeting those passionate about gardens, outdoor spaces, and sport.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, focusing on direct marketing, digital marketing, and fundraising marketing.
- Design and produce creative project briefs for on and offline marketing campaigns, showcasing your expertise in marketing disciplines.
- Support digital campaign initiatives across SEO, social media, and advertising, ensuring a strong online presence.
- Utilize organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Experience with website CMS, email platforms (such as Mailchimp or HubSpot), and Microsoft Office is essential for this role.
