Senior Site Manager

Danny Sullivan Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to oversee a large-scale concrete repair project in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have strong NEC4 knowledge and the ability to deliver a successful programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage on-site workers and ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare and maintain relevant documentation, including reports.
- Supervise activities on site and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage subcontractors and monitor project progress.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project delivery.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure contract and financial management.
- Experience in concrete repair and joint replacement.
- Tier 1 Civils experience is desirable.
- Strong NEC4 knowledge and commercial expertise.
- Marine experience is advantageous.
This is a long-term opportunity to manage an on-site team and ensure project delivery. Salaries are negotiable, and additional benefits will depend on the work status of candidates.
