Senior Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team in Benwell, reporting to our Build Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for on-site management of large new build housing sites, ensuring successful delivery of planned maintenance programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the workload across planned maintenance programmes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure robust and proactive health, safety, and environmental performance
  • Manage the supply chain, ensuring adherence to necessary processes
  • Take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of our organisation
