Executive Search Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious recruitment consultant to join our team at Raymond George Consultancy. As a key player in our construction recruitment division, you will focus on placing director-level talent in cutting-edge sectors like data centres, renewable energy, and commercial real estate across the USA.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent in the construction industry
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Utilize strong networking and phone skills to source and place candidates in key positions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients and candidates
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of recruitment experience and a proven knack for spotting potential. You should be eager to learn industry-specific lingo and master the art of executive search. Ideally, you will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and be able to think creatively to solve complex recruitment challenges.
