About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Consultant to join our team at Rec2Rec Search. As a key member of our civil construction recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier executive talent for US-based civil construction firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of industry professionals to stay updated on industry trends and developments in the US civil construction sector.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for our clients.
  • Manage full recruitment cycles from initial client brief to successful placements, providing market insights and strategic advice to clients.
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects, utilizing proficiency in recruitment software and LinkedIn.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in executive search, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • A strong understanding of the US civil construction market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic industry with a clear progression path, including opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibilities.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive basic salary of £40,000, with a realistic OT of £120,000, flexible working arrangements, and a range of benefits and bonuses.
